Do you need to view, change or cancel your Scanbot Pro subscription? Do you require a refund?


Manage, view or cancel a subscription

Viewing, changing or even cancelling your current Scanbot Pro subscription can all be done right on your iPhone/iPad or even on a computer with iTunes installed.

  1. Tap here to view your current Apple subscriptions.
  2. Find the Scanbot app in the list and tap Edit.
  3. Now you can choose a different subscription (monthly vs annually) or select Cancel Subscription to cancel your existing subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, it will continue to work for the time that you have paid. After that, it will not auto-renew and you will fall back to the features you had before.

Request a refund

If you have accidentally purchased a subscription for Scanbot Pro and require a refund, this can be done directly with Apple.

  1. Tap here to be redirected to Apple's Report a Problem page.
  2. Log in with the Apple ID that was used for the purchase.
  3. Find the app in the list and tap Report a Problem.
  4. From the dropdown list, select I'd like to request a refund and describe why you need your purchase to be refunded. Do not forget to tap Submit.

If all is in order, Apple should now refund you your purchase amount.
