If you have problems with Scanbot after you have updated your operating system to Android 6 please follow the steps below.
1.) Please make sure that you have updated Scanbot to the latest version.
2.) Please check that you have not taken away crucial permissions from Scanbot (e.g. the permission to use the camera). To verify this:
- please open the settings of your device
- navigate to Scanbot and select it
- choose "Permissions"
