Scanbot Pro Purchase: Scanbot does not recognise your purchase after the latest update?
As we were running into problems with restoring the purchase manually, Scanbot will now detect your Pro Features automatically and you should be able to use them without much hassle.
However, if the automatic restoration fails, please tap Restore Purchase in Settings under the 'Scanbot Pro' banner.
If restoring fails, please make sure you are logged with the same Apple ID which was used to purchase the Pro upgrade.
Please keep in mind that our Pro Features can not be shared via Family Sharing due to Apple's Policy regarding in-app purchases. For further questions, please reach out to email@example.com.
