Scanbot does not recognise your purchase after the latest update?
As we were running into Problems with restoring the purchase manually, Scanbot will now detect your Pro Features automatically and you should be able to use them without much hassle.
If the automatic restoration fails, please tap ‘Restore Purchase’ in the settings.
If restoring fails, please make sure you are logged in to the correct App Store account. If you run into further problems, please reach out to email@example.com.
Please keep in mind that our Pro Features can not be shared via Family Sharing due to Apple's Policy regarding in-app purchases.
