The app crashed - what I can do

Scanbot for Android crashed. What you should do and how you can help us.

Sorry about that! Please try to reboot your device - sometimes this could probably be a memory issue. After restarting your device it should work fine. 

Generally, if Scanbot crashes, we’d ask you to manually send in the crash report. Here’s how:

1. Open Settings on your device

2. Scroll down and tap Contact Support

3. Your standard email app for your device will open with a pre-defined email template including the subject and lots of device and version infos. Our developers need this info to more easily detect the problem.
