Scanbot crashed how can I help you resolving the problem?
Sorry about that! Please try to reboot your phone, this is probably a memory issue. After restarting your phone it should work fine.
In case the pop up doesn’t show up or the app doesn’t launch anymore, we’d ask you to manually send in the crash report. Here’s how:
- Open Settings within Scanbot
- Scroll down and tap Support
- Your standard email app for your iOS device will open with a pre-defined email template including the subject and the device and version info. Also, in case unexpected events happened, a log file will automatically be attached. Our developers need all this info to more easily detect the problem.
